4 tbsp brown deli mustard

2 tbsp chili garlic sauce

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Serve alongside cold sliced fillet mignon, Delmonico roast and rib roast.
Yossi’s Tips
Have any left-over rib roast, filet mignon, or Delmonico roast? Serve this sauce alongside a roast when
served sliced and chilled.
