- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 4 cloves of garlic finely minced
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- ½ tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 tbsp deli mustard
- 2 tbsp water
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Directions
- 1) Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
- 2) Whisk to combine.
- 3) Serve alongside cold sliced filet mignon, Delmonico Roast and Rib roast.
Yossi’s Tips
Have any left-over rib roast, filet mignon, or Delmonico roast? Serve this sauce alongside a roast when served sliced and chilled.
